Makeup artist Pati Dubroff says the star likes her skin sheer and favors balm over gloss and lipstick.

No one has rocked a headband quite like Leighton Meester. As queen bee Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl, the Florida-born beauty has inspired thousands to try out the once prim accessory. But when not playing the ultimate uptown girl, Meester is less manicured and more come hither. "For me I'd have to say Leighton's signature look would be dark sultry eyes and soft kissable lips," says her makeup artist Chris Colbeck. He alternates between this classic combo and pastel shadows that highlight her chocolate eyes.

But whether Victoria Beckham has long wavy extensions or a short angular bob, it's always her decision. "Whatever I do, it'll be something that I decide on my own," she told InStyle. "I've always found it quite weird when people have stylists tell them what to do or wear.

With her long wavy hair, clear blue eyes and full pouty lips, Megan Fox is one girl who lives up to her last name. But with her latest movie, Jennifer's Body, a horror movie by Oscar-winning screenwriter Diablo Cody, she hopes to show off her other assets. "I'm smart and I can be really funny and interesting," she told Entertainment Weekly. "I have a mouth and I'm not afraid to use it." Indeed, her mouth (not to mention her tattoos, which include a portrait of Marilyn Monroe) is so remarkable it has earned her comparisons to that other brainy bombshell, Angelina Jolie.

"I'm really not good at dressing up and being glamorous," Sienna Miller has said. She could have fooled us. "Charmingly imperfect," is how makeup artist Kristopher Buckle has described Miller's brand of bohemian beauty and we can only agree. The actress pairs smoky eyes and natural lips (preferably coated with Burt's Bees lip balm) with "undone" 'dos. "The idea is to make it look like she did everything herself," hairstylist Alex Dizon has said of her styles. Still, Dizon doesn't have to worry about Miller taking credit.
